Toby turned pro in 2010 after enjoying success as an amateur and currently plays his golf on the PGA Europro and Jamega Pro Golf Tour's. In his short time as a pro Toby has picked up one top-5 finish, and six top-20's on the Europro Tour and reached second stage of European Tour Qualifying School on two occasions, in 2011 and 2012.

In 2013 Toby will be competing in events on the PGA Europro Tour, TP Tour Series and the EPD Tour. Toby also has status on the French Tour which may see him play events in France.
The PGA EuroPro Tour is a developmental professional golf tour based mainly in the UK, with a few events in other countries. During the season it receives weekly television coverage on Sky Sports. The top-5 players on the order of merit at the end of the year will earn a place on the European Challenge Tour the following year. The EPD Tour is a European equivalent of the Europro Tour and offers the same reward to the top-5 players.
